1999 Lexus ES 300 Repair Question

Lexus ES 300 Brakes Problem
I just bought this car yesterday when i was driving it the wheel and brakes locked up and the car shut off i pulled over then cranked it up again and it was fine also i went to unlock my car with the key and my windows and sunroof rolled down anyclue whats going on?

the engine stalled and you had hard steering and brakes. it stalled for a reason annd needs to be checked.
as far as the other, do you have a fob???
