You said you just put in a new battery but did you ever have your alternator tested?Sound's like you could have a bad one.

Here's how to check your charging on your car. Get a volt-meter hook it to the battery and lokk at the volts dc, not running volts after setting will likely be 11.5 -12.5 ish. Start the car and look again at volts. Should be 13-16 volts dc depending on your cars output. Now with car running turn on lights and radio if out put is holding 13+ the alt is good. And if your belt is screaming, with everything on then your belts just loose.

You may have not had the bolt tight enough to start with on the alternator. So you replaced the alternator too a month ago?You still need to test that alternator. Let me know what you find.

Bolt may be worn from rattling loose, replace the bolt and add blue lock-tite to the threads to keep it in place.
