I have a 99 kia sportage ex 4x4. After driving it long distance and the engine getting hot, the Sporty will start hesitating and won't go. No engine warning lights, all gauges say everything is ok (coolant, oil, rpms, etc..)First happened we decided to have it coded and it came up as a p0507 which is rpms higher than expected. We replaced the IAC valve and coded again. It came back with same p0507 code and new code of p0102. As logical reasoning both codes mention that the TPS may be faulty so that got replaced also. My wife drove it around doing errands yesterday and with both new parts after bout 3 hrs of on off driving the sporty started hestitating again. Also I cleaned the MAF sensor when replacing the TPS and air filter, but that didnt help. Did notice that it ran a little better and repsonded better but still hestitating when engine is hot. It cold starts just fine. There are no sounds of vacuum leak and the car even though bogging down and hesitating as never died. THe engine always stayed running. Should I buy a new MAF sensor and maybe go from there or could i be getting false codes and i should look more at fuel flow and maybe catalytic converter problems?
