1999 Kia Sportage Car Will Start Canceled Out Fact That Starter Engine Turn

My car will not start. I have canceled out the fact that it is not the starter. The engine will turn over but will not start. I was messing around with the wiring of my radio before. Could i have blown a fuse? Could it have something to do with the fuel pump relay or the anti theft? I have alittle above a 4th of a tank.

yes, check the fuses with a test light to see if any are bad

all of them in the fuse box.
