1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Repair Question

Jeep Grand Cherokee Fuse Problem
1999 4.7 gr. Cherokee crank but no start. pcm has no response on scan tool all other modules are accessable with scan tool. check powers and grounds at pcm -ok. vehicle has a new pcm ,skim module and skim key all of which were programmed at the dealer.

check your fuses in ower dist center and try replacing auto shutdown relay with another one if fuse box. check these connections and wires for shorts etc. pics included
