I have changed the radiator, water pump, thermostat and hoses on my '99 Jeep about 6 months ago. Now after I drive approximately 20 miles the coolant starts to spew from the radiator where the cap is. I have replaced the water pump, thermostat and the radiator cap again and it still keeps doing it. I am having to add coolant directly into the radiator frequently and have noticed that the coolant in the reservoir is always at the same level. What could be causing this. Thanks.

Sounds like you've got a blown head gasket. Do a compression test or have one done. These like to blow between the cylinders so water does get in the oil. Theres also a test kit you can get at the parts store that goes on the radiator fill hole. Its filled with a special fluid that changes color if theres exhaust gas being pushed out of the radiator
