1999 Jaguar XJR supercharged. The car has a transmission fluid leak. It looks like it is coming from a wiring bulkhead going into the trans by the bell housing. The local dealership says that they do not sell parts for this transmission, just remanufactured units. This seems exorbitant to me just to repair a slight leak caused by a faulty o-ring. Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

This oil leak is common. To replace the O rings for the leak you would have to replace the connector, the transmission fluid has to be set a special way using auto transmission temperature to set and that would have to be done at the dealer.
