1999 Isuzu 3.2l DOHC Amigo

Does the pulley on the power steering pump have to be removed before the power steering pump can be removed on a 1999 Isuzu 3.2l DOHC Amigo?

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
Remove the drive belt.
Remove the pulley.
Place a drain pan below the pump.
Disconnect the suction hose.
Disconnect the flexible hose.
Remove the power steering fixing bolt and remove the pump assembly.

INSTALLATION
Install the pump assembly to the pump brakes, tighten the fixing bolt to the specified torque. Torque to 46 Nm (34 ft. lbs.) .
Install the flexible hose. Tighten the eye bolt to specified torque. Torque to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) .
Install the pulley and tighten the nut to the specified torque. Torque to 78 Nm (58 ft. lbs.) .
Install the drive belt.
Connect the suction hose, then fill and bleed system.

Thank you for the answer. The only problem is that my PSP does not have a nut on the pulley. If it did I would have no problem taking it off.

By the looks of it-it needs to be drill press to remove it-
