Most trim pieces either pull out as they are held in with plugs that are generally re-useable. But you may have to go to an auto parts store with a, "HELP" section to get some for the brand of car or some universal ones. You will also have to remove some trim screws along the way. Just be careful and take your time. You will have to go to a stereo shop and get an adapter to get the stock harness to mate up with the aftermerket harness.
