Hyundai Elantra Rattle Problem

At highway speeds the left front vibrates and rattles above 40 miles/hr.
When I am turning to the right in a sharp curve the vibration/rattle goes away. When I am driving straight or to the left it continues to vibrate and rattle. I put a different wheel/tire on the left front but that did not make any difference. I replaced the left front control arm and stabilzer link but that did not make any difference. Is this a CV joint problem??

I would be checking that the wheel bearing is ok, if a cv was noisy it would be more so on turns.
