Hyundai Accent Fuse Problem
When i turn on headlights I have no parking lights or instrument cluster lights. However someone tilted the relay fuse under the hood and the parking lights come on but when the relay is released the parking lights go out. any ideas on the problem

I would start by swapping that relay there tilting is there another one in the fuse box that is same?
