Honda CRV Engine Problem
Rpm speedometer want oprate when start up at all engine runs fine but speedometer just stand still it only does it during cold wheather in morning. The check engine light be on, i can remove the positive battery cable for about a minute & replace the cable & start the engine the speedometer works.

The Vehicle Speed Sensor is most likely faulty.
You should have checked for trouble codes for the MIL indicating, most probably it is for the VSS.
