Cant get drums back on after changing shoes
After changing my brake shoes i can't get the drums back on. the brake adjustment is closed all the way and it still won't go on. i have the correct shoes

Check if the shoes are both contacting the large anchor on top of the backing plate. If they're not, most likely the parking brake cable is rusted tight in the partially applied position.
