My 1999 Civic LX cylinder 3 quit working. Good spark. Swapped injectors with cylinder #1 and Cylinder #3 still not funtioning. Measured 12.5 V to the injector clip and had continuity back the the ECU. Replacing ECU didn't help. What should I try next?

You need to determine what function has dropped out, ie, spark, injector pulse or compression.

1) Test for spark at the plug end of the wire using a spark tester. If none found, check for power supply on the + terminal of the coil with the key on.

2) Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.

If both of those base, take a compression test.
