Honda Civic Steering Problem

My car shuts off while driving on the streets and/or highway without warning. I can recrank it and get going again but the car just stops running and the steering wheel locks up.

That is a tough one because it starts right back up for you. It could be a problem with the fuel pump or you could be losing spark to the plugs. Check the fuel pressure to make sure it is within spec.
