Honda Accord Engine Problem
How hard is to replace broken Serpintene belt and tentioner

not to hard, take tensioner off put belt on and adjust tensioner by letting go to tighten belt. just make sure the grooves al line up on belt. not a good picture but that is all we have and what engine next time.
