1999 Honda Accord Repair Question

Honda Accord Camshaft Problem
My 1999 honda accord ex v6 had its camshaft postition sensor replaces and a motor mount . I got the car back and it is so loud that it sounds like a diesel truck f250 coming down the street why ... idle driving and it is shaking rapidly
