My 1999 GMC 4X4 5 speed( transfer case shifter.

My 1999 GMC 4x4 5 speed( transfer case shifter on the floor) will not go into 4 wheel drive. Also the 4x4 light is not lite. Checked linkage OK Checked power to the actuator OK. Check 15 amp fuse in panel box, OK
Replaced actuator, No luck. Where is the transfer electric switch and how can I test it?

On the transfer case. There is a vacuum and electric switch. Make sure it is sending voltage when put in 4 wheel

Thanks, Does the switch screw into the transfer case? Do you know if it is a two wire or three wire switch.I am not sure what part to ask for so I want to get it out first.
