All lights wipers radio everything except headlights work. I replaced the switch checked all the fuse's, relay's, bulbs, circuit breakers,. Took cable off battery and put back to see if this might reset something. I have done everything i no to do. Could there be something in the signal light switch which controls the low and high beam or what. I give up. Help Please! Thanks! Sammy
