99 gmc jimmy was rolled over it started up right away but what should be checked before i put money into the body of it
We let the car sit for a few days before we started it the body has a little bit of work but really just the windshield

Are you asking about the engine and transmission? If it starts and runs normally, go ahead and drive it. There could be some dark blue smoke from the exhaust for a little while if some oil had time to run into the cylinders, but that will burn out in time.
