i have no fire coming out my coil pack on number four cylinder. and i just put a new coil pack on it doing the same thing. what can i look for

Not sure of engine litre size? Any applicable trouble codes? I looked at 4.0 engine. The three wires on the left are grounds, controlled by the pcm. The wire on the right is primary voltage for the coil, goes hot with key on, fuse protected.
So you visually looked for spark on cylinder number four, engine cranking or running and there was no spark. What about the plug wire and spark plug?
