1999 Ford F 250 Drive Around 40 50 Miles Speed Engine Jerks Take Foot

When I drive at around 40 to 50 miles and need to speed, the engine jerks,if I take the foot of the accelerate and push slow it start to get speed again.

I already replace spark plug,gas filter ,check fuel press ion what else could be???
