I have 1999 ford explorer and would like to know what in all does the whole front suspension consist of.

Lower control arms, upper control arms, upper ball joints, lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends, inner tie rod ends, center link, drag link or idler arm, depending on the steering system, steering gear box, springs, anti-sway bar, links, and bushings, shock absorbers.
