Truck has no power started with jump start from AAA, got home tried to start it nothing,when I tried again clicking noise coming from fuse box.

It seems the clicking noise is coming from relay 2 fuse?

What is relay no.2 labeled for?

It is labeled battery saver relay

Have the battery load tested if okay -you probably have a short circuit somewhere or something is still on, that's draining the battery overnite
