Vehicle doesn't start

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition with a 4.6 Liter engine..Vehicle doesn't start ..it was diagnosed with a defective ecm (drivers #1 & 6 were not firing)..Ecm was replaced and programmed..keys programmed-..Engine cranks with fuel thrown into throttle body.The vehicle came in for a misfire.

Spark -yes
Igition pulse and fuel pressure -No

Check the fuel pressure and check the injectors using a noid lite-

I did..Those are the tools thaty I use.. I checked four of the injectors

Sounds like its coming from the computer if the wiring checks out to the computer
