Ford Escort Noise Problem
I was driving my car and it started sounding like a tractor!!! It runs hot sometimes, can it be the reason thecar makes that noise.

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up?
--What type of sound/noises are you hearing-Is it more pronounced when you accelerate hard-If so could be pinging/detonating
