I have a 99 ford contour SE 2.0 DOHC. I have been having trouble starting the vechicle the last few days. It started with only starting when it was hot now I can get it to start at all. I just replaced the iginition coil as I was told that is probably the problem. I changed the spark plugs and the wires a few months ago. But I had a bad vacuum leak on it and it was fixed, should I replace the spark plugs and wires again? Also what could be causing this. I know its getting enough fuel bc when i crank it I hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn the key on and I can smell gas so I know it has to be something with the iginition system. Any thoughts what it could be? I dont want to sink another 500 dollars in this car. As I just had the timing belt, idler, belts all replaced.
