While changing my oil, I dropped the silver seal of the cap from the gallon of new oil in the engine while pouring in the new oil. I removed the valve cover & didn't see it. I also drained all the oil and didn't see it come out. It is probably in my oil pan. This is a cummins diesel and I rather not have to remove the oil pan if I dont have to. Will the seal be dangerous to my engine?
