My truck is still stalling at idle?

Yes, parts plenty, almost 100 degrees in Tall, FL Geico tow truck took 1 hour. My brother-in-law put on parts. Autozone said no to code reader because check engine light not on, so unsure of codes. Autozone didn't have time for me, I guess? I'm disabled on social security & new truck unafforable. Thank you so much, God Bless You!

Do you have a question? What does the Check Engine light not on have to do with anything? The light must turn on only when a fault detected could adversely affect emissions. The can still be codes in memory when the light is not on.

This sounds like you have a vacuum leak, or the throttle body needs to be cleaned, here are two guides that can help us fix the problem. Check for the vacuum leak when the engine is cold.
