Dodge Ram Shakes Problem

My 99 dodge ram 1500 4x4 shakes when i apply my brakes, it has newer rotors, new stabilizer, new front bearings, all pads looks good with even wear, new u-joints, new shocks, just had tires rotated and balanced, there's no vibration n pedal, it just shakes a little when braking. It was real bad before i changed bearings but now just does it a little, ball joints?, track bar?, what else? I'm frustrated with it! Thanks!

sounds like the rotors are overheated and warped. you can check with a micrometer to verify
