Serpetine belt

I have a 99 dodge intrepid 2.7 seroentine belt broke while I was driving home stalled 2 blocks from my home fixed the belt but now the car just cranks over but wont start what could be the problem

First, you need to find the reason that the belt broke. They don't brake on their own unless they just disintegrate. Look for wiring that could have been damaged by the belt, especially around the crankshaft area.
