1999 dodge intrepid. 6 cyl... when is hot outside, car doesn't want to start and when it does runs real rough at first. Yesterday, it didn't want to move when in gear, I had checked all levels, and all levels were fine. Does burn some oil. After waiting a few minutes, car did start (ran rough) smoothed out, and drove off fine.
