1999 Dodge Intrepid First Low Beam Headlights Went Out High Beams Now Battery

First my low beam headlights went out then the high beams. Now my Battery light warning light comes on til the car warms up. Parking lights still function. I replaced all the bulbs and still no luck. Any ideas?
