1999 Dodge Intrepid Repair Question

Does it mean my electrical box on the inside of my 1999 dodge intrepid is bad, if my air and heat stop blowing, my windows don't come down and my signal lights stop working all at the same time. I checked my fuses and they are still good?
It first started coming on and off, on and off, it did that for 2 months. I would cut my car off for 30 mins. and start it back up and evetything would be working and now it completely stopped.

intermittent electrical issues are hard to find especially when we are her and you are there. in most cases, it is a power or ground issue. start at basics and look at the battery connections, grounds all over. after that, get a shop involved to determine the failure.
