1999 Dodge Durango Repair Question

Dodge Durango Starter Problem
Drove to work and parked. Has a good battery just wont turn over. Hear fuel pump when you turn key. Not very mechanically savvy. Please help asap.

You may have a bad starter. You need to have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage at the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12v. If you do, the starter is most likely bad. If there is no power, check the starter relay.
