Dodge Caravan Fuel pressure Problem
Van idles fine with exception of exhaust leak. When taking off van has no power. I have to put my foot in it just to keep up with traffic. Consumes a lot of fuel. High rpm low acceleration. Tranny fluid level in cold range when hot.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first, have a trans guy look at this for internal problem on trans.

Already talked to tranny guy and he said tranny was good. When van idles I can smell fuel.

any codes an fuel pressure? check vacuum at idle and if 15" or below suspect a clogged converter.
