My dodge grand caravan 1999 sport seems to skip from 2nd to 1st gear with a clunk when slowing to a stop, also sometimes going uphill fast the revs get really high but it doesn't change gear. Do you know what this could be? It had the Transmission rebuilt We have only just bought car, the transmission fluid level seems high but only checked it when engine is cold
