1999 Dodge Caravan Repair Question

Dodge Caravan Sensor Problem
Due to Service Engine Soon light coming on recently, I went to Auto Zone for a readout. They came back with a Generic Code of P0141 -- HO2S 12 Heater condition (heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2). Can you tell me where this sensor is located. Also can you tell me where the circuit fuse for this sensor might be?

under the car behind the cat converter. it is the most common failure for this code.
the fuse is in the fuse box, but if it was blown, you would have multiple codes for the heaters on the o2 sensors.
