Have a 1999 Dodge Caravan. The battery keeps discharging. We replaced the battery. Had it hooked up to the computer at AUto Zone and it said the voltage reglator was bad. Replaced the regulator and it is still discharging. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank-you.

Check to make sure the fuseable link between the alt and the battery is good. If the battery goes dead when sitting overnight, check for an electrical draw. Directions are on our homepage under the DIY section. If you find a draw, remove one fuse at a time to determine which circuit the problem is coming from. Again, if it shows a discharge while running, my first guess is the fuseable link. It is designed to burn out before damage can be done in the event of an over charge.
