1999 Dodge Avenger Repair Question

My is getting poor gas mileage and i have changed the spark plugs and plug wires. i also have replaced a map sensor.
I do not know what is causing this problem and with gas hikes it is making it difficult to drive.

OX sensors not workin right can effect mileage. does it have a MAF sensor?
