When van is in park, reverse, or neutral no vibration, as soon as I put it into drive it vibrates. It feels as though there is an excessive load on the engine. What could cause this to happen? I have replaced all but one mount, however I don't think it is the mount since it is only happening in drive and not in reverse.

The bottom front mount is the most common failure for this exact issue. Still could be an engine or tranny mount. Possibly the reason it is not happening in reverse is because the engine is getting tighter in the loose mount when the axle is pushing that way. Maybe when it is pushing the other way in drive it is twisting upwards and loose. I've seen this several times, usually engine or tranny mounts.

Replaced the mount less than a year ago. The rear tranny mount will be replaced today. After I replaced the front mount there was no vibration issue. Could something else be causing this.

The front mounts are a horrible design. They fail often. One reason for the failure is high engine idle.

Good luck

Is there an easy way to take the old bushing out to put in a new bushing with sleeve. I have that part but not able to get the entire mount.

Thats the problem. I have tried just the mount with 0 success. Get the whole assembly from chrysler and I bet that takes care of it.
