Battery light coming on spradically. will be on for a couple of days then go off for a few days. it's a new battery - replaced 2 months ago. last night the battery light came on and within 20 minutes the van's electrical systems starting shutting down. first the radio and dash lights, then headlights started dimming and went out and engine started powering down and check engine light came on. made it home barely. this morning van started up without jumping. check engine light came on along with battery light after about 3 minutes of running. shortly thereafter it went through the same cycle of systematically shutting down.
