Chrysler Concorde Body Problem

The car all of a sudden died out of nowhere while driving and now wont start at all it trys to turn over but it does so kind of slow and after about four turns of the motor lets out a poof of air like unplugging a hose from an air compressor and it comes from the throttle body along with white smoke from the throttle body i tried using starting fluid and still got the same results also tried replacing the crankshaft position sensor and still same thing idk what else to do

With no punctuation it's hard to understand exactly what you're describing but it sounds like the engine is cranking normally. Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? Those would have gotten erased if the battery was run dead or disconnected.
