1999 Chevy Ventura transaxle bumpy/jumpy and noisy while in reverse. Fluid level is good, any ideas?

You will have to get the transmission oil pressures checked, this must be done by a trans specialist, this I feel is an internal problem, a scan may also give some extra info as well.
