1999 Chevrolet Venture Chevy Front Ac Knob Won T Move Back Blowers Blow

I have a 1999 Chevy Venture and the front ac knob won't move, the back blowers do not blow. I believe both things happened at once. Any help with this would be appreciated, thank you.
