1999 Chevrolet Venture Repair Question

My car wont turn over but makes a clicking sound when i turn the key
Before i fixed my fuel line my car would turn over but i had to let it sit until i found someone to fix it i dont know why it wont i dont think i bumped anything and i dont know where the starter is but when i tried to jump my car all it did was click but i think its the starter clicking i have no clue what it might be i need help thank you

Have you had the battery tested an made sure the battery cables are clean and tight?Thats where i would start.
