What would cause my truck to lose power while driving down the road. I already replaced the distributor cap, the fuel filter, spark plugs & wires and catalytic converters.

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up??

Transmission could be slipping if not -its probably hesistating due to the following below

Oxygen sensors.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
