Installed new alternator, headlights and turn signal lights are not working properly.

Did you check voltage and ground, anywhere? Any applicable applicable trouble codes. I'm a wire chaser, If an electrical component won't work, I use a wiring diagram and check for voltage and ground, where applicable, for that component.

Is your headlamp switch and turn signals on the same stalk or different. Have you checked fuses and flasher for turn signals?

In the diagram is headlamp wiring. There could be issue with mutifunction switch, dimmer and turn on the same stalk, correct?
