What can cause a truck to run rough when in gear and idle?
The trucks rpm jumps and oil pressure goes up and down and truck jerks while waiting at a light or stop sign. sometimes it sounds like it is about to stall too.

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge-if okay replace the oil pressure switch
