Unable to start

I have a 1999 chevrolet c1500 suburban with a new battery that cranks fine until the new day I have to boost it off.

If your truck has 2 positive cables going to the battery I may have your fix. Remove the cables and separate them. There is a thick lead washer that gets some funky hard buildup on it and wont let electricity flow through it, I clean them up on a wire wheel. Clean the cable ends while you're there.
